Has anyone ever painted John Young's F-15 in the units from the Massachusetts Air National Guard, Seymour Johnson, or the Louisiana Air National Guard?

Unfortunately that plane is not in that livery anymore.

Just because the scheme has changed doesn't mean that people don't want to have it in their game.

John Young had done paints for the 104th FW in FS9 and FSX a few years back. I don't think they were ever released though, I still owed him an AFCAD for KBAF. I had given him plans and found 3/4 callsigns for the unit. Unfortunately, I had a hard drive failure and lost my AFCAD I was doing for the project. Life has kept me busy with work and a few moves, so I haven't had a chance to start again.

I've just found them - I did them 4 years ago. I had reached the point of assembling the zips (FS9 and FSX) with all the paints in them but with an unfinished manual. I have the call signs but not the flight plans. I think I was awaiting these and the AFCAD to complete the packages, but they never materialised. I think the numbers and serials would be out of date by now.
I don't really want to break my concentration on the current project (I'm knee deep in Belgian A109's) to check everything and complete the packages, but I can perhaps do it at a later time.

There's some good scenery on avism. The ADE needs to be edited for more parking spots though.

Barnes Municipal (KBAF)
This is Eric Cagan's scenery modified to fit my Afcad. (FS9)
For the most part it fits quite nicely. I did move nearly all the objects a little.
Only the new Gulfstream Hangar missing from the object library.
I have not contacted the author as this was for my own use.
I have had it for a while.

how did you keep the default buildings from coming back into the sim? Everytime I would try to edit the AFCAD they would come back

There may be flightplans that might be compatible from the older ANG packages that MAIW or WOAI have done. There is or was a set of ANG packages on Flightsim. I don't remember if I released any of the flightplans for the NBAI F-15's I painted, as I did with the F-4s.

Hey John do you have time to assemble the zips now or are you still pretty busy with other projects?

I'm busy with KC-10A's at the moment. There would be a fair bit of work to do on a 104th FW F-15 package before I could assemble the zips - checking the currency of the serial numbers, updating the paints as necessary, flight plans, testing and documentation.
Would you care to take over what I have?

Thanks Sean. I have PM'd a paint kit to you along with the assembled zips as they were 4 years ago.
