Blue Angels smoke

Looking for some help with the Blue Angels smoke for the Air Shows I downloaded.
The AI BA on the 2 air shows for LIRE and Pensacola the Blue Angels have black squares as smoke and I can not figure out why.
Tried running scans for corrupt files but it hasn’t changed anything.

Hi and welcome. I'm the author of LIRE Airshow and I changed the smoke effects just to avoid the squared smoke, but it was for FS9.
I don't know if that effects work also for FSX.

Well, it did work before. Then I downloaded the NAS Pensacola airshow and they went to the black squares…not sure what happened.
I did try and scan for a corrupt file but with no luck.
Also, it’s only for the Blue Angels that the smoke becomes black squares.
Also, this is an absolute AWESOME download!
I enjoy flying it very much!

The problem will be the alpha for an effect texture.
If the effect worked for LIRE then get the effects from the LIRE package and copy them across again. If you are correct then that will fix the problem.
