Important - Package containing 2 FAIB effects

In one of our FSX/P3D conversions two FAIB effects are used: fx_FAIB_B767_wing and fx_FAIB_B767_taxi
I have tried to locate the FAIB package that contains these effects because we need to point to it in our documentation, but have failed to find it. Would anybody know where these effects are included?

These effects are part of the AIG OCI FAIB 767 PBR conversion package... So you may want to reach out to kaiii3 over at the AIG forums and see if you can perhaps get their permission to share those effects outside of OCI...

This is a bit like the needle in the haystack...
Jay, the creator of the effects @ AIG, was so friendly to give us permission to use and include his effects when we think it would be beneficial. Now I find that I don't have received them.
If anybody has fx_FAIB_B767_wing and fx_FAIB_B767_taxi available at hand, I would appreciate to receive them.
