SBAI MI 8 Polish Airforce

Hello everyone

I have searched everywhere in the sources I know and have not been able to find anything.
Is there somewhere available, or does anyone of you have a paint scheme for mi 8 from SBAI in Polish Air Force colours (possibly in VIP paint scheme).

Has mi 8 from SBAI been converted for P3d v45? I have a LMML scenery for which the model was converted, but I don't know if the paintings will work after converting the textures to dds format - I don't know much about these things
