Military AI Works

i've been trying to put together some traffic at kadena using the maiw afcad and Mark Walsh F-15 repaints, i'm trying to paint the 135's for the 909th but I can't figure out what this is below the pacaf shield.
any ideas?

It appears to be the head of samurai.
