Already available. Try searching for "Dan Bourque" or "West Coast Air National Gurad Package" at AVSIM or Flightsim.com

Yep, The Fresno jets are available.
Man, one of my childhood memories in Fresno was seeing the F-106s go away, replaced by F-4Ds for a short time then the F-16s painted as you are looking for.
