Yesterday I was the lucky guy having an hour trip with Ju-Air over Switzerland. The weather was gorgeous. Especially flying low through the mountains was unbelievable. But the best thing of all was that we were actually a two ship formation (kind of AI...you are not alone). I like to share some of these non-AI shots.

Re: The venerable Junkers Ju 52
Some years ago, I saw a Ju-52 here at Linate airport, close to my house. I can't remember exactly but that had something to do with Lufthansa.
Beautiful aircraft and good shots.

Re: The venerable Junkers Ju 52
Ju-Air operates three Ju-52 from Dübendorf, CH, Georgio. The Deutsche Lufthansa Stiftung operates one Ju-52 from Hamburg - that must be the one you have seen.
The other 4 flying variants are all CASA 352.

Re: The venerable Junkers Ju 52
What a magical trip Martin. Glad you enjoyed it.
This is the JU-52 that appeared at Duxford this year:
Martin already knows that the JU-52 is my next AI project along with a pair of Hispano Buchons (Me-109G) to add to the Duxford scenery. I'll include the paint schemes for the Ju-52 he flew on yesterday. In fact, I might as well do them all.

Well that tidies up the mystery about the missing garden sheds in the area, lol
That must have been a great thrill Martin.
I can see a small runway in the third shot. Amazing scenery!
That will make a great AI for the sim.
cheer's,
