I will ensure an updated package for this specific package is released with the FSX Model including rotor and effects files. Moving forward, I will return to the "keep it simple" mantra and will release only FS9 oriented packages, apologies for the confusion.

Yes.
The answer sounds a bit brief but it is the truth.

Thank you Sir. The package "as is" works fine for me in FSX, but having dedicated FSX parts makes things a lot better. As an FSXer, I appreciate you taking the time to include FSX in the package. I hope you will do so in future packages. Thank you for the work that you do.

Flight Simulator 2004, not used on FSX.
I Down loaded the new. “Military AI Works Navy Jax Seahawks Package” , from MAIW website , works beautiful.
I tested it on a Buttes AAF afcad I had previously setup before. The Hilo Taxied from to the takeoff spot on the assigned runway, raised about 5 or 10 feet, leaned forward, and went down the runway and raised to altitude??.
Now if we only had some more JYAI choppers!!!!!!!!

Version 2, with the native FSX aircraft models and textures as intended, is now available in the Download Hangar.

OK. I downloaded the package I compiled and that was OK so I think that it must have got corrupted when that was loaded to it's current location.
I have deleted that one and re-uploading. It should be available in about 20 mins.

I'm sorry to report that it is still showing the empty compressed file error message. I have tried to download on two different computers. I'm using Windows 10 if that helps any. I submitted another ticket to report the download problem.

Apparently, the system didn't like the space before "V2" in the filename. It should work now.

Have the package downloaded and instated, however when I try to start up FS9 in any Jacksonville airport FS crashes, when I removed the Jacksonville_VTPP.BGL file it will load but theres houses on the runway. Tried starting it with out FFL and no luck. still working on it I'm going to remove silverwings scenery and see if that doesn't help. If that doesn't do it it must be my windows 8 issue. Anyone else having problems with this?

When I tested the package I did not have this problem. What this normally means is that the VTPP is trying to load a texture that you do not have on your system. All required textures should be part of the scenery or else others would have the same issue. Double check them INCLUDING the global textures.

If you still have the problem try using a tool such as Procmon, freeware, and use it to check for not found textures in FS9. Normally it would be the last texture not found when it crashes.
Be warned FS9 will search in various folders for a texture, it will only crash when it can't find it at all. So Procmon will still throw up errors if it can't find it in the first, and second place it looks.

I hope this makes sense.

Great thanks for your help. This will give me a good place to start. This scenery is especially important to me as I have spent some time on this base. The only thing I found is that the small marina that sits to the west side of the Helo pad in not there
