Very nicely done Mark. I particularly like the Aggressor schemes.

When downloading the 57nd (FS9) I get the F15's (CD) of the 53rd. Otherwise it's another great package. Thanks

First off, thanks for the new packages for the F-15s. But there seems to be a problem with the FS9 366th FW package. When I ran the FS Texture checker, I was getting this error for the 366th FW package F-15s: 'JYAI_F15_t.bmp ERROR: Incompatible with FS9'. It seems the textures were saved in 2048x2048 instead of 1024x1024 for FS9. I just thought that you might want to know that. But other than that, bang up job.

EDIT: Just checked the newly released F-15s for FS9, they are saved in the same 2048x2048 format just like in the 366th FW package. Just want to bring it to your attention. Once again, thanks for the packages.

Mark,
I did a quick test on my system with one of the 2048 textures and it did load fine and I checked that my TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD setting was set to 1024.
I admit that I didn't think that they were supposed to work on FS9 but hey, bonus.

It may be though that there maybe issues with older or on-board graphics cards. I just don't know the full info here.

No they work on my system also, but like I said I did not notice them until I ran the FSTexture Checker program. But I changed them myself to keep my system running smooth. But to each its own.

Are they mipped? I'm guessing that FS9 takes the 1024 mip if available. If not, it shouldn't load.

They work fine on my system too. I did not even realize that the paints were 2048 until delta64heavy pointed
it out. I thought that 2048 textures in FS9 caused CTD's too but obviously not in this case.

Winner!

That's exactly what is happening. The early screenshots in the T-4 thread are also 2048 textures. I didn't down convert that paint kit into 1024 until I had all the logos, squadron markings and other small details completed. As long as you have the mipmaps in they will work, albeit inefficiently due to the extra file size.
