Yeah, but there was definitely one movie where the good guys supposedly crawled through the refuelling boom - damned if I can bring it to mind though.

It's Interceptor. With 2 F-117 in a C-5 Galaxy. Terrorists come by a refulling boom inside the C-5. One terrosort took a Camo F-117 and go out by Cargo door during the flight.
