Probably not - unless you can provide a definitive photograph, 3=view and dimensions. The drawings may only be speculation.

That project has been on the shelf in standby status for a while now.

With the recent release of the HMX-1 package, which created some of the flyimg destinations for these birds, it will most likely resume production. It's still some time out though.

Would be cool, give somewhere for all the USN models to fly to including LHA/D's (more flight deck).

Ah yes, the Faroe Islands. The USS Yorktown's (CVS-10) last cruise in 1969. We 'hid' in the lee side of the Faroes for three days during the passage of a storm system. "All hands are to stand clear of all weather decks, fantail and sponsons while the ship is encountering high winds and heavy seas." You could watch the expansion joints open and close on the 02 level. It was the only time I saw waves breaking over the flight deck. Staying in your bunk took some doing. Our destroyer escorts spent so much time under water their crews got "sub pay". Some where in all my junk I have some pictures.

I'll think about that in 6 years time then - if I'm still into this game at that time, of course, LOL.

I think one would be good with an AF paint on the MH-60M bird of the 160th SOAR.

Am in the process of updating my Blackhawk family from my old FS9 into P3Dv4 and I wondered if the models found in the
NS Norfolk Hawks were ever released as FSX native models, the ones I'm looking for are:

model.Sea_Hawk_S_Gun
model.Sea_Hawk_S_Wings

Had a quick look around but nothing found

I haven't actually seen those in the sim, so I am not totally sure if those are indeed update models or not.

Welcome. Could you let us know if those models work in P3D? I have them installed in my sim, but can't check to see if they work because I don't have a working AFCAD or scenery for NAS North Island.

It might take a while, I need to find suitable scenery/AFCAD’s and then convert if required. Am also trying to integrate the latest fighter package into my sim, and not even looked at MATRIX Asia yet. Busy busy times 😀

Ok. I have the MAIW Norfolk Seahawks package installed too (I used the 2 models from the link I posted), but I never did check all of the models. I just assumed they all worked in P3D v4.

The models in the package are FS9 models and therefore I have changed the aircraft.cfg to remove these models until a P3Dv4 version becomes available (now using the Sea_Hawk_s model).

The scenery by Jim Dhaenens works fairly well but you will need to follow the instructions from Greg to get everything showing:

https://militaryaiworks.com/briefing-ro ... to-fsx-p3d

The file KNZY_ADEX.bgl needs some work:
Reset All Draw Flags
Reposition some of the Hold Short points
Some parking not connected

Once this is done then all looks ok so far
