Converted aircraft not following Taxiway/Path

Post by edakridge »

I have been attempting to convert some A/C for AI and once they are converted to P3D with MCX they seem to not follow apron paths or taxiways. They just seem to meander around. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

When you say converted for AI, what did you do to convert for AI?

What you need to do is weld an existing AI FDE to a model and amend where needs must. You can't just take a flyable models FDE and expect it to work it never does.

Leaving aside the P3D side for the moment, which model are you trying to convert to AI?

Also check the model radius on the converted model, MCX doesn't necessarily convert the radius properly.

Thank You both for your help. I incorporated both suggestions and now it is working. I'm not sure which was the culprit, but I will try and remember this.
