Can we assume that one of our Continental Cousins is gearing up for the AMI ones?

To put the Italians on the same footing as the RAF examples, I've added two more paints - tiger and standard:

This morning I sent the RAF Germany Tornado GR1's and the Tornado F3's (separate packages for FS9 and FSX/P3Dv4) for inclusion in the Download Hangar. I also sent a comprehensive paint kit of .psd files that should enable users to repaint any of the JYAI RAF, German and Italian Tornado's, including the F3's where applicable. Please allow Greg time to process them and make them available.

The last part of the Tornado project for me is to paint 48 GR1(T)'s that were used by the Tripartite Tornado Training Establishment (TTTE) from 1981 to 1999 at RAF Cottesmore in the UK.

Hi John
Very much looking forward to these packages. I must have worked on a lot of the actual aircraft including scrapping the Italian Air Force F3's which was a pretty sad experience.

John was kind enough to send me an advanced copy of the F3's so I could paint up the RSAF ADV's. They're all painted and about 60% flight planned. Hoping to release my Tabuk scenery with them.

First paragraph of the F3 manual: "An interceptor variant, the Tornado ADV or F3, the subject of this package was also built, but none are in service today".

I sent the final Tornado package (FS9 and FSX/P3Dv4) for inclusion in the Download Hangar this morning. These are the GR1's and GR1A's of 13 and 14 Sqns at RAF Honington and the GR1-T's of the Tri-national Tornado Training Establishment (TTTE) at RAF Cottesmore, both circa 1990. There are 12 aircraft models and 81 paints:

These aircraft were produced for Ian McCarthy's work in progress P3Dv4 scenery of Honington and Cottesmore. They are being released ahead of that completion for people to use as they wish. No flight plans are included.

I have also sent an updated paint kit for inclusion in the Hangar that adds the German and Italian camouflage schemes used on some of the TTTE aircraft.

As always, please give Greg a chance to make the files available.

Hi John! It seems that in the paint kit package lacks the italian Tonkas psd file

Sorry about that Maurizio, I've just updated the paint kit and asked one of the library staff to swap the file over. I'll confirm the availability as soon as the swap has been done.

Thanks Steve.

I think I'm all done with Tornado's, at least for the time being. My last step was to make some static models for the scenery that Dale is working on. These were tested in my old Tabuk scenery:
