That is Flightsim Jewels Hawaii merged with OrbX Honolulu. Jewels is 9 $ for the plus version, and OrbX has about everything on years end sale.

Yes. Depending on what I am going for I either use temp airports and flight plans to get aircraft where I need them to be or different tools.
