Could someone please advise me as to what part of the FP is the Height indicated, I am looking for 20,000ft for instance.

The 330 in Red is the altitude meaning 33,000ft, for 20,000ft you would put 200. It is repeated for each leg of the plan so you will see a secont ,330, for the next part of the plan.
