With the models and flight plans done and thanks to the contributions from Ray (paints), TheFoufure, Dale and Pete (scenery), the Oman Typhoon packages (FS9 and FSX/P3D) have been sent for inclusion in the library:

As always, please give Greg the time to make them available.

Work is still ongoing on updates for Italy. This image is Pratica del Mare (LIRE). It's a complete rebuild of the AFCAD for John Stinstrom's scenery to put it in the right place to allow a photoreal background from SBX. This is in FSX.

I note that the original AFCAD we have for the airfield is an 'air display special', with loads of parking on the secondary runway (and elsewhere) for static and participating display aircraft. Has anyone got a 'non display' version (doesn't matter which sim) I could refer to for parking allocation for based aircraft?

Whilst I can't use it, I definitely appreciate the work that has gone into it.

I think it's just an AFCAD file Brian, but if you could post the link I'll check it out.

If you check AVSIM Library under Mount Pleasant there is a comprehensive layout with HAS and other buildings. Not just a runway and parking.

I think you're referring to Mike Hudson's FSX scenery here.

This is the search result for FS9 EGYP Mount Pleasant at Avsim. As you can see, there are two AFCAD-only sceneries, one of which refers to a scenery "s_atlcv2.zip", which at one time was available on Flightsim.com (it isn't now) and which provided the buildings to go with the bare AFCAD made by Martin Stebbing. An internet search for "s_atlcv2.zip" reveals it was associated with a payware scenery by Prolific Media which is no longer available.

I used the FSX version of this file "MAIW_LOXZ_scenery_object_library_FSX.bgl" found in MATRIX.

If you look at the MAIW Austrian Airbases the equivalent FS9 file should be in there.
