Do these replace the C-130's? I thought I remember seeing somewhere that they were retiring the C-130's.

Only 5 C-130H are still in service (on 13). They will go away before end of 2023. They will be remplaced by the 8 A400M.

Only CH-01, CH-05, CH-07, CH-11, CH-12 and CH-13 are still in service. But CH-13 will go to museum soon.
CH-09 made his last flight last week.
