Very nice John.
I was in the past months very rare on MAIW due to much work IRL.
Also many problems with FS9 kept me busy.

Thank you very much and i hope to get back to the
AI helicopters soon.

P.S.
Unfortunatly all my A400M updates and C130 Of Saudi Arabia and Eurofighter packs are damaged.

I had, at least for the A400M backups, but the external HDD doesnt work anymore.
That means that i have to install many AI again.

Brian's updated Yeovilton scenery (not Yeovil) will be in the FS9, FSX and P3D packages. The Merryfield satellite is also included.

Got there.

I have added the cafe to the museum complex to complete that corner of Brian's Yeovilton. All the Commando Merlin's are now numbered up, as is a set of 12 green RAF HC3's textures for retro users:

I'm going to assemble the zips next and get the FS9 one off to Dave at Yeovilton so he can do a final test of that version. While he's doing that I will get on with manual.

Love the FAA museum. Looks just like it did when I got the chance to visit.

Really looking forward to adding this to my sim.

The Wildcats/Merlins/Yeovilton/Merryfield scenery packages for FS9 and FSX/P3D were sent for inclusion in the Download Hangar this morning. As always, please allow time for them to be processed and made available.

Huge thanks to all for this great package. I know you folks are slowly, but surely, winding down support for FS9 so every new item is a treasure. Sadly, FS9 is the end of the line for me. I have no desire or intentions to spend the time and money to change again. Yet, what a ride it has been. I remember the very first version of MFS and spending endless weekends flying around Chicago out of Meigs Field. Once again - HUGE THANKS to all here at MAIW for the years of top notch development...

Superb pack thank you to everyone involved for bringing us Yeov's and the Merlin/Wildcat force!

The only thing I have found was when I was changing the direction of some of the parking bays in EGD5,when I went to save, it threw back an error regarding the links pointing to a runway 36 which didn't exist. I changed runway 35 to 36 and it saved no problem. I expect nobody else will come across that error but hopefully this helps anyone that does...

Thank you John for this wonderful package.

In FS9 there is a small issue,
The control tower, the FAA museum and the two large hangars next to the FAA museum are duplicate and the objects are slightly shifted.

That's really weird Hartwig and I thought we had solved the problem.

The custom objects that you are referring to were made by me and placed in my ADE files. Brian originally had them also (apart from the simulator/fire station buildings in his placement file for the rest of his Yeovilton objects, but removed them.

Now, when I remove Brian's object file and just leave mine in play, there is one appearance of the buildings. If I remove my files and leave Brian's in play, there's no appearance of the buildings. All good.

However, with both my placement files in play and Brian's, there are two appearances of the buildings as you spotted.

I've checked my ADE placement files and there is only one appearance of each building. Brian has also checked his and he has none placed. I'll get back to him tomorrow and see if he can have another look to see what's happening. I know he had then is a slightly different position to mine when he did include them.

Sorry about that.

John

Thank you for the FS9 Package. Great work as usual. Thanks also to those who contributed.

To concur with the previous statement you have to remove the previous EGDY .bgl's.

I'm wondering if Brian has left the 3 custom buildings in his scenery objects list in ADE, although he has deleted them in the placement. I don't know if that would cause a duplication when I'm calling the same objects in my placement file. I'll ask him to check.

Dear John.

You've released a great work of art again.

The ROKNY also operates Wildcat.

I'll paint it nicely.

Take care of yourself.

Thank you so much.^^b

John, I loaded the files in ADE.

The placement information for the FAA museum and two large hangars is included in both files
EGDY_JYAI_Museum_OBJ.bgl and EGDY_ADE9_BC_OBJ.bgl

The placement information for the control tower is included in both files
EGDY_JYAI_custom_objects_OBJ.bgl and EGDY_ADE9_BC_OBJ.bgl

That water tower is also duplicate but placed in the exact same location.
