Searching for some scenery objects

Post by jetpilot1980 »

So I am tinkering with some of the scenery in my P3d install using ADE. I have downloaded the MAIW scenery object package and the MAIW thumbs package, and have run the files through the ADE library object manager. While I have these thumbs and they came from the MAIW thumb package. When I search by GUID I cannot locate them in the object library... Any ideas? Thanks,

These are two of the GUIDS I am looking for

Yep, the lib is the Hill Object Library.

Thank you! I see something must have gotten goofed on my hard drive when I was having issues months ago...

I am also hunting for a GUID... I am making a video of a flight out of Twentynine Palms EAP (https://militaryaiworks.com/download-ha ... -knxp-usmc) and I am merging the wonderful KNXP scenery I found here with what I already have developed, and I can't track down where
218ba21d-4c7d-e153-5dd4-1baa18991321
comes from. It appears in my thumbs, I just can't track down where the BGL library is.

Thanks,
Chris

That is weird on my system the thumbs go in a folder with the name of the Lib, this is for ADE.

Any way d8099767-4426-64ca-f0d4-b98158316698 is MCDMilitaryLibrary and 218ba21d-4c7d-e153-5dd4-1baa18991321 belongs to lights ss v2

My thumbs all appear to be in one folder. Maybe I installed something wrong, but after some serious digging I found some of my missing GUIDs. I don't think I have either of those library files/folders you mentioned though.

I wonder if I don't have lights ss v2 because that's for FS9 and I'm using P3D v5?

That would be the case. IF it had been converted for P3D then there would be different GUIDs and you would need to alter the source accordingly. The same applies to the MCDMil lib as well.
