Jim, not sure if there are any ADE's or AFCAD's for DA08 & DA09. What plans do they appear in?

I like your DAOL ADE file.

Hello Jim,

Yes there are some on this forum. I'll check when I come back from work later this day.

The waypoints are in Mijan's "Traffic_MK_FAA_632_L-39_FSX.bgl" plan.

I guess I could make my own. Decompiling I get...
DA08,N34* 24.22076',E00* 55.40360',3247
DA09,N32* 52.72999',W01* 10.17900',4471

Thank you Sir, Doh! Looks like I didn't search for their ICAOs

They look nice, even if I can't use the VTPP files. Thanks Gert & Stewart.

Shame Stewart didn't manage to complete DAUL. I made some Indian afcads for his AI before, only to find he'd already done much better ones

Looks like they are just points to go to and do not require an actual ADE file. I'm sure Miljan will confirm at some point !

The thing is with waypoints is that they are all just points to go to. The issue is that there is a distance limit that you can use virtual waypoints from the departure airfield with just an entry in the Airports.txt file. If you think about it, there has to be a limit or we would never need a physical waypoint at all.

The question is what is the limit, followed up by is it the same in all 3 sims? I believe that the range limit is very small.

I only know for sure that they worked in the flypasts that we had in a few of our early packs. So to be safe, the way I play it is that to be safe have a physical waypoint to match the Airports entry.

I created these two to match the entries in this pack. They are dead simple to make with the info from their data.

Hi Jim,
That flightplan was in the new L39 Algeria pack in the downloads section from Miljan.

The other Algerian waypoints (01-07), I had in my Matrix folder in case anyone's wondering.

All,
I see someone was working on DAAY in 2016, but I have not found anything finished anywhere.

Here's mine. Buildings are sketchy, it's not as detailed as Gert's or Stewarts finished work, no navaids, I gave up trying to plumb the ground traffic and a heli overlay, and the doors are locked shut on the HASs.
Apart from that? :D

I won't be offended if anyone improves it. Just jealous.

My apologies, I was changing my job location to another city while packing this package and totally forgot to add DA08 and DA09. Those will be added in an update I am going to prepare.

Anybody want my cheap and cheerful VVTH for the Vietnamese L-39s, or am I just embarrassing myself now? :D
