Post by merlin101 »

Hi, I purchased this add on, but can't see any of them on my sim! Anyone else had similar problems?

There are in mine OK. I think a recheck of your installation might be in order here. I remember that they are a nightmare of subfolders

Firstly, do they show up in AIAE?

Never had a problem with mine in FS9. You did download the correct version for your Sim?

Checked mine in AI-Aircraft Editor. No errors found.

Hi folks,

Are P3D-compatible models available for these? Am tempted to buy both the Mi-8T & Mi-8MT/17 packs as the demo seems to work ok for me after conversion.
I'm never sure whether I'm using MCX properly, and certainly don't know how to handle effects.

The Mi-17 is also converted as well. Sergey asked me to convert them for him so I know they're done

Maybe I missed something but where are those Mi-8 and Mi-17 converted to FSX P3D? Who do I have to contact since Sergeys email is dead?

Are there flightplans for all the helicopters included in that pack and the other SBAI Mi-8? I've found flightplans for some but not all of them.

Does anybody have a UN paint of the Mi-8? I would very much like to have them but cannot find them anywhere.

Love 'em Jim. Now (Q for anyone) where did Sergey hide Dan's FSX/P3D models?

I vaguely remember somewhere something about someone purchasing his FS9 pack, then the asking for converted versions and them somehow arriving. (May have been some other site.)

I am absolutely delighted, many thanks, Jim!! :smt001

Yes, if you write to Sergey with the proof of your receipt (screenshot is good enough) he will provide you with a download link.
Cheers,

The aircraft.cfg needs a small edit.
The model= needs MTV\ before the model type. I'd amended it so the textures become visible using the AI editor.
