Yes, AIFP.

If you set your target system as FS9 and load an FSX plan it will alter the days of the week and ICAOs for you. Try it and compare them.
Load an FSX txt plan and then save it and then compare the two.

N.B. What it won't do is delete data from plans that are for multiple weeks. You will have to do that manually yourself.

But if you talking about multi-week plans then that will not work. There is not a tool to convert multi-week plans into single week ones. Just expanding on what Steve said for clarity

The raw data will say 2WEEKS or 8WEEKS in the beginning for example compared to a FS9 plan that just says WEEK.

And if I read too much into it, then yes AIFP will take FSX data and then convert the correct days and compile it just fine as was stated
by Steve before!

@Greg. It is a simple weekly plan. In my AIFP3 doesn't exist FS9 Target version, only P3D. Because I have no longer FS9 installed in my PC, I supposed

That would be the issue. So why do you want FS9 plans then?

And a single compiled FS9 formated bgl in P3d will not allow the rest of your AI to show up.

I'm putting together a package for FSX/P3D and I would like to make it available for FS9 as well

Ahh, OK.
Well if that is the case then when you finish it I can do the conversion for you to FS9. Just let me know.
