New RAF aircraft

Post by Firebird »

Gents,
It may be a touch early, but I will ask anyway. Has anybody got plans to paint the Dassault Envoy IV aircraft for 32 Sqn that have recently been bought?

I know that they won't have full mil scheme for another year or so but it seems a shame not to cover them until then - especially as we had the civvie schemed King Air 350. They would seem to be covered by the Richard Faith Falcon 900W model.

Yeah I have spent some fruitless time but it seems that the other one has not been registered on the UK register yet, it seems that it is still F-WWVF.
Can't really understand that, but then again there are a lot of things I don't understand.

It's interesting the Serial 326 (G-ZAHS) isn't listed on rzjets, but 327 is. I suppose the Government has asked for a block on the website.

I know what you mean but I can't see why that would be the case.
They announced the purchase. They announced the civilian operators of them for the next 2 years. You announce the training, the designation, the eventual Sqn they will be allocated to.

To block the civilian registrations seems a bit daft. Especially considering that everyone can access details of the Janet aircraft through such sites.

I think that maybe these sites haven't caught up with the paperwork yet for the second aircraft, or somebody in the company is really behind the drag curve.

Is there an FSX version of the Richard Faith Falcon 900W model and where can it be found?
