Very please lights correct

Post by Mariuszp »

Dear Miljan!
Thank you very much for the wonderful model Casa, but I ask you to correct that aircraft lighting effect was more realistic. The pictures pointed the possible fixes:
1 There is no landing lights
2 and 3 white strobe light
4 In the rear should be two white lights navwhite. Please also gave you the data for the 3D Lights Redux Shockwave. Thank you for your understanding and Regards. Mariusz with EPKK :D

Hi Kendy,
Welcome to the site. We appreciate people trying to help others here.
You seemed to have a bit of trouble editing your post and there were several attempts here so i deleted all but one, hope that was alright.

Very nicely done, incidentally, but for those people that don't have shockwave lights on their system what lights do you think should be used by them?
Steve

For default lights, use:

light.0 = 3, 8.00, -42.5, 7.20, fx_navred
light.1 = 3, 8.00, 42.5, 7.20, fx_navgre
light.2 = 5, 21.80, -3.5, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_low_old <-- Can't recall the default option for this, there might not be one?
light.3 = 5, 21.80, 3.5, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_low_old <-- Can't recall the default option for this, there might not be one?
light.4 = 3, -36.40, 0.0, 4.80, fx_navwhi
light.5 = 2, -33.70, 0.0, 22.30, fx_strobe
light.6 = 1, 23.50, 0.0, -3.50, fx_strobe

There was a payware military aircraft developer who later released some of their aircraft as freeware, one of which contained some replacement lights, which I seem to remember someone on these forums recommending as potential replacement for the default lights? Iris or something like that?
