I don't know yet ..Just trying to get back in to it ..I don't know if the sim world has moved on ..These are all fs9 ..Well old ..
I have painted just some test stuff to see how they look ..The F-4 and F-14 are Nick Black's Aircraft and Jake's A-7 ..

I mean, is there still demand for fs9 model /repaints .. The texture size are very small compaired with the latest sim's out there .

Personally, I would consider you back, and yes I will put them in my FS9.

Wow, what a nice collection Mark!

Great work.

I think at least the VF-74, VF-92 and VF-96 paints are better suited for the F-4Js (no nose sensor).

Some of the F-14 gull-grey-over-white paint schemes shown here were already done many years ago.
Also several of the F-4 Phantom paint schemes are also availabe but for the F-4 AI model by Fernando Martinez (which has folding wings).

They are available at AVSIM and flightsim.com.
(search for Hartwig Ullrich)

I have never understood the USN just dropping completely Showtime. After Cunningham and Driscoll you would have thought that they would have ensured that it remained.

Just smells like there is a story behind that.

This is completely the wrong question.
If you enjoy painting, then do it and paint what you are interested in, just for yourself.
(and share if you like later  )
Do not make it dependant on a demand.
This is not a business here, it is a hobby.

What is the problem?
The texture size was not a problem for the last 20 years, so why now?
Of course newer sims offer higher texture resolution, but in the end these are AI aircraft.
And file size and performance are still factors, even today.

I did repaints for VA-25 in 1970's green liveries if anyone is interested in trying them out in FSX and or FS9.
Over the recent years I have had an interest in reverting NAS Lemoore back to A-7s of my childhood days.

Why not just upload them to the library. Would probably save you a lot of traffic.

Will get around to uploading the F-4, F-14, S-3, F/A-18 's at some point .The painting is the easybit .The making up of the folders takes forever..and the aircraft cfg .As well as converting to the right format..
I can repaint about 2 aircraft every minute. That's changing the reg numbers all over the aircraft plus altering the weathering slightly. So on a A-7 there are 10 numbers to change ..Once the paint kit is set up it easy peasy..Its the putting it all together that takes the time ..
