Yes!!! :smt023

I finally made it. The viewer component now always shows the correct textured aircraft. You can have the viewer form open and change aircraft and liveries as you like - it will just display what you select in AIAE.

I got an idea from some pretty obscure discussions about VBnet not allowing an event to be raised from another form (it triggers but does not fire and that was what I was seeing). I then constructed something and to my utmost surprise it just worked. I still can't believe it.

This was the biggest nut to crack so far and I was beginning to feel bad about it, because it was not progressing whatever I tried for some time. Arno invested much time and brain to support me. But he is all C, not Basic.

In case you wonder what I am trying to tell you - don't do it... :smt001 I just feel very happy and have the need to tell you.

Now simfolders and then you get the beta.
Cheers,
Martin

I got an error report today from a user of the current AIAE version which crashes when trying to load an aircraft.cfg with 1.725 HTAI F-16s.

Excel helped me to create a test aircaft.cfg with 5.000 [fltsim.x] sections. Took a tad to load, but no crash.
Cheers,
Martin

I also added a feature to disable (by renaming panel folders to owl.panel) or enable (either by renaming back or create a new panel folder) an aircraft in the FSX/P3D aircraft selection list.

That was on the wishlist for version 2...

But now we are definitely done. Complete the Alpha channel detection, complete the documentation update and then release.
