The readme covers the scenery issues. As Steve said, it sounds like you're missing the required files. Check the readme to find the names of the scenery files you need. Else, make sure you've activated the scenery in FS9.

Planes parking on each other is usually the result of multiple AFCADS.

Yes they are, and they nearly always have textures that need to be installed as well.

Discovered my problem....

I had the libraries in the Static Objects Library in the Addon Scenery folder.

Somehow tho', although the folder was there in my settings/scenery library and in the scenery.cfg it didn't seem to be getting pickedup. I deleted it from the list and reinstated it back into the list.

Restarted FS and everything was AOK.

If you are using FS2004, there is a neat little tool called ScanAFD which looks at all your AFCADS, and tells you if there are any duplicates; it also gives you some parking information, and you can delete the AFCADs using this tool. You can get it from avsim.com, just look for scanafd.zip

i have this package installed and it works fine ..............
but here's my question, can somebody please tell me which two C130's fly in and take part in the display as mine have no texture and i can find them in my sim.( maybe thats why they are white ) any help would be FAB.

thanks for your reply, i have all the woamil packages 25 off the top of my head.
and i have all the MAIW packages installed too.
i wanted the serial if poss from anyone that has seen them at MAIW airshow. you can imagine i have hundreds of C130's in my sim and trying to track down 2 is not so easy. i turned on traffic ident and the serials/aircraft number light up 001-002 ? if that helps.

Those two Herks are from the Dyess B-1 package.

it seems i had these aircraft installed 3 times in different places
a bit confusing but one entry had a space (spacebar) at the end of the CFG entry but not in the aircraft list ??? so i re-listed the aircraft CFG and all is fine thanks for your help guys.

I just downloaded your 1st anniversary air show package and I'm trying to put all the neccesary AI in and since avsim has had their problem I haven't been able to find the Thunderbirds package. It seems everywhere I look for it leads me back to Avsim. If you don't mind could you please point me in the right direction to where it might be located now. Thanks and I appreciate the work you do, the Ai are the best out there. Thanks again.

Hello LilMizMandy and welcome to the forums. Unfortunately if you read our forum rules, we don't allow requests here because all the contributors work on their own projects in their own time.

Plus we tend to try and copy real life operations as closely as we can, obviously apart from the Airshow package, but we would never put the Blue Angels onboard a carrier as this would never happen in real operations. And we only have 3 fully AI helicopter models so far, so that kind of restricts our progress on that front too.

Thank you for your interest but, like I said we don't do requests. Please make sure you browse the forums and glean any knowledge you can, you may be able to make what you request yourself.
