@ ado4567 - Unlikely, but hopefully there will also be a FSX version.

@Garysb - Sweet! Give it a go. The only thing you will need is two additional model files that cover the night lighting for the C and D models.
From what I can gather you remove the L assignment for the main texture, add the night lighting model and add the L texture assignment to that. Will need to assign xml to the parts.

Current progress..
All Block 50+ for 181 and 113 Filos complete, working on 161 Filo.
We have been given permission by Hakan Daghan to modify the parking on his excellent Diyarbakir P3D scenery to include military spots.
We will distribute the modified file with the package. Thanks to Pete Bramley for adding the spots!

I thought something didn't look right.
The MAIW scenery library gives a non linear warning in P3D and if you click to fix the problem...it removes it from the scenery list.
Anyway click do not fix and....
NOTE- The additional libraries you list although for FS9, seem to work. Will prob benefit from the texture being dds.
ADD NOTE - Seems to be missing the apron_light_10.fx file?

If I download this aircraft (when available) and convert the DDS textures to BMP format can I use them on the FS9 F-16E/F UAD model ?

Yes.
The texture layout is the same.
Would just need converted to BMP flipped and renamed.
Although for Turkey you would probably be better using the Chile FS9 model.

Thinking about it...
The Chile ones don't have CFTs.
In that case although they are Block 52, the Egypt ones would be a better choice.
AM/BM - unlikely unless someone can recompile the P3D ones as FS9.

Looks like it is possible to convert back to FSX.
You will need to install DirectX 9 on your PC for MCX to be able to do it.
I have put a test FSX one in your FTP folder.
See if it works, especially night lighting for the cockpit.

Where would I find the full WSMG F-16 package at? I'm trying to bring these into P3D but really can't without the full package I guess.

Turkey and Greece.

After moving over to P3D and consolidating all the HTAI Vipers, I noticed there was never a MAIW standard TuAF F-16 package. Great to see that now on the new model.

Peace Onyx IV Block 50+ are being checked.
Peace Onyx III Block 50 are in progress.

Two things that are slowing me down...
Tail art has changed numerous times, and callsigns.
113 Filo - Looks like a 'Gazelle' with Cylan
132 Filo - Winged dagger on the port, 'horse'? on the right
151 Filo - ?? Poss red/black checkerbord with a birds head?
193 Filo - New so only one version...that I have found.

I just installed the updated Romania F-16's and there is one plane that is all black (except for the weapons). I can not figure out which aircraft is black. Any ideas? I looked at the cfg file and I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

I ran AI-Aircraft editor from Owls Nest and that didn't pick up any errors.
