Well that got me interested in the Sufa again.
Working on the base model P3D LOD's.

Interestingly - They have the later wingtip missile lanch rails (LAU-129), but use the earlier underwing rail launchers. (16S210)

Will have to add Mennos tails to the P3D textures as things changed for the P3D ones.

We will see. I may be stuck with FS9 after all. Doesn't seem this laptop can handle the graphics load required to run P3D. Shame as I would have loved to see what it looks like. No worries, live and learn.

Well,
I have the base P3D lodded (400,100,50,10) Sufa completed - I think.

Working on the AAQ-13 and Litening pods a lot of them carry.

Think I will do a fully 'native' one also..
Derby BVR Missiles
Python IR Missiles
Either Spice or Delilah air-2-ground
I couldn't beleive it - Even with the CFT's the Sufa's sometime have the ginormous 600 gallon wing tanks fitted.
AN/AXQ Datalink pod on the centreline (for Spice) - IF I can find out the length of it!

With 100+ textures, thinking of 10 models.

Good news, new laptop checks out with everything for making FS9 models. Renders better graphics for FS9 than the old one did which is a plus. Too bad it can't hack P3D.

Anyways here's the first model I've compiled on this machine to verify that everything works as it should.

I will work on finalizing all the Block 40 model files now.

Do you think the Israeli's wind tunnel test any of those addons or do they just bolt those on and go, "let's see what happens"....

I'm a little lost between wich model are for FS9 and wich for FSX/P3D...

Are all theses models for both versions ?

I'm impatient to see them in my FS9 skies....

Weescotty is only working on P3D models.

MIKE JG is only doing FS9 models.

The FSDS files are sharable between sim platforms so any work one of us does can be used for the other sim version.

@Kev, we've been working on this model for so long now, the weapons tech keeps advancing almost faster than we can keep up with it.

I always end up on YouTube and look for in theatre deployed birds for the latest kit. These two Shaw Bk 50's seem to be sporting the latest multirole trends.

Mix of GBU-39's, GBU-38's, GBU-54's and now the new APKWS 2.75" guided rockets.

So I'll work up a APKWS model to use.

Sometimes you need to bring a bigger stick to the fight. GBU-12 2,000 pound LGBs.

Sometimes you don't want to wait for a glide bomb....

In which case use an IMI Delilah AGM...

Wow. A lot of differents configurations of payloads.... That's great !!!

I hope you'll make the European AM/BM MLU versions (Belgium/Portugal/Netherlands/Norway/Denmark/Romania).
And for the Norway with the anti ship Penguin Missile ;-)
