Mark, I will release the paint kit files. I made them as 2048 pixel .pspimage (Corel Paintshop Pro) files but I can also make PSD copies.

I am also looking into some basic flight plans but scenery is an issue. Afaik, besides the stock P3D airports there is nothing for P3D other than the Skydesigners payware French airbase series which strange but true do not really have the required parkings, hold short nodes etc for proper AI traffic. I customized their afcads for personal use but I am not sure if it is good idea to put it in the package.

Henk.

I think old MAIW sceneries for FS2004 can be converted, right?

It should be fairly straightforward yes. I'm happy to help out if/as needed.

I will take a look at the FS9 MAIW sceneries but many FS9 afcads are not aligned with the FSX/P3D airport footprints (which seem to be closer to sat images). For the 1st package with B, C and 5F models I would need LFMO - Orange-Caritat BA115 and LFSX
Luxeuil St Saveur BA116. The good thing is that many of the MAIW object libraries were converted for the Matrix.

EDIT: Good news - I found nearly finished P3D conversions of MAIW LFMO and LFSX in my archive, forgot I had these LOL. The afcads are close enough to Google earth so I will complete them for the Mirage package. The FS9 scenery was made by Nick Black who gave us permission to convert his work and I can use the converted MAIW object libs from the Matrix.

Have also just looked at my converted stuff and found I had done both LFMO and LFSX. I can pass you over the master P3Dv4 .ad4 files if you want ot have a look at them !

Thanks for offering Pete, I just compiled FSX/P3D legacy and P3Dv5 file sets for both airbases. Using the Matrix object libs was a huge time saver. Only if you have made enhancements I am interested.

Henk.

I only made some very minor changes and added pushback nodes to the parking spots.

Pete, then your version is better, I do not have pushback nodes. Can you share your afcads with me by putting them in my personal MAIW ftp folder = 413. Henk ?

Thanks, Henk.

No probs. Will give them a quick check over first. I did them months ago in a hurry & never got around to giving them a proper look over.

Thanks Pete, this will also save a lot of time when I will do the 2nd Mirage 2000 package with the bombers (D/N models).

Henk.

Retro models/paints will also be included (with the classic gueneau 458 helmets instead of the modern MSA LA-100 head gear).
