I have missing textures on the Hummvees and military personnel also .

Can not sort out so hopefully will be in an update,

In spite of making scenery for Lake Hood and Merrill Field some years ago I have only just now installed the MAIW Elmendorf package. I find that there is only one fighter plane visible on the apron. I have checked that the ai traffic bgl was installed. Is there something else to be added, such as more aircraft, or were all required planes included in the package?

Yes the package contains everything you need, UNLESS it mentions in the readme to install something else.

Now the most common cause of a lack of traffic is that your slider is set too low to see the AI traffic. Try setting it to 100% and see what happens.
