That's the one thing I've never been that good add. The default creates a black circle and my "trial and error" hasn't resulted in the correct portion of the main texture fixing the problem.

Any ideas / guides to re-try this?

Just wondering if there is an FSX Prop file for the ElvisAI_Grob109B_AI model?

In FSX, it just has the Elvis_Vigilant_t file with no prop and you end up with a black circle

Any ideas welcome.
