has anyone or MAIW done any new air show packages lately?
Noticed this weekend in base bordon ( Canada ) they are holding a air show and thought maybe some premade packages have or are being done

I get a 20-30 fps average with fsx however it only bogs down with the AI and I have tried to lower the % of AI but flying into an airport that has one planes kinds sucks , I guess I want too much.
I'm going to look around at some freeware ground textures and see what pops up ...

I purchased a Orbx scenery for fsx too bad my rig still has a few trouble spots.....also what good fighter jets and WWII planes do you recommend?
the reason is I watched top gun again on bluray and have the superbug for fsx when I install miramar into fsx and converted the bgl files big ...

I know I'll never get fs9 to look like fsx but really sucks that my pc I built for fsx still struggles....

well I'd like to know for those who are using fs9 what are you using to enhance the look of things like buildings and things?
I switch between fs9 and fsx as fsx is so much better to look at however after adding in Maiw and woai some textures are not showing up ( black buildings ) for ...

for CYOD all my buildings are black does anyone know how to correct this and or a fsx scenery for CYOD?
a screenshot is in gen discussions i think under post called black buildings.

not sure if this issue is still a problem
I too had that issue
problem was my ati drivers.
once I updated all went fine.
my wife had same graphical morphing in sims 2 with new laptop and same thing I went to ati and downloade and installed newest drivers and poof all perfect.
my issues just ...

I have been using maiw and woai for awhile but switched to vista and noticed fsx runs alittle faster with dx10
now I was wondering is there a way to use maiw and mytraffic 5.1 ?
I'd rather use woai but dx10 causes a problem so I switched to mytraffic just for the dx10, but I miss having maiw ...

I'm not much of a tech person but these forums have helped me allot so I'll try to help .
I have fsx with Maiw working great.
what I found using these forums was to create a folder on my desk top to install all Maiw packages to ie..called it Maiw unzipped
then I installed ...

and another
couldn't get to upload with first two.

ok I have the TT traffic program and to use from Woai so is there a guide for newbies such as I that explains it step by step

my plan is to focas on two or three areas ( not sure yet where )
and have a variety of your great packages so I don't have to change areas to view different planes.

I know most are using fs9 but Maiw and woai work perfectly in my fsx
either way static or moving I'd like to fing a program or add on that has ai planes land and take off as they do from an airport I guess static would be easier. but beggers cant be choosers.
