Can someone send me the MN ANG and afrc plans as well? TIA

Vigilante for Montana's F-15s and Plate for West Virginia's C-130's (not sure if thats the correct callsign). I tried looking for both but couldnt find it.

I'm trying to create voicepacks for both Montana and West Virginia ANG F-15 and C130s but not having much luck. Can someone give me some pointers or am I sol. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
