Sounds like you have some out of date photos. The C-141 was retired years ago, and Pope hasn't had F-16s there in a very long time. It's just A-10s and C-130s. Granted, you do get the transient C-5s and C-17s, but Pope only has Herks and Hogs based there.

Scott, thank you for jogging my memory. I remembered that I had stuck several PAI zip files in a separate folder. After some snooping, I found it and installed it. Now I have a populated ramp.
PAI's site was one of the places I looked, and, like you, I couldn't find anything.

I remember at one time having AI C-17s wandering around CHS, making the ramp rather full. Yet, I can't seem to locate the package containing them.
Could it be that it's with AVSIM, or elsewhere, or have I completely lost my mind?

Man, that looks good. I think I have the scenery you're using, and I've made a few flight plans to have F-18s go do touch-and-goes at Fentress, but the project to fully populate Oceana ran out of steam due to real-life obligations.
