This is where there is great confusion. As Plumber says, the traffic files are in the addon scenery folders. But you say they shouldn't be there but should be in the world/scenery folder. Except auto install doesn't put them there ...

I tried copying (not replacing) the Flypast bgl into the Scenery/world/scenery folder and this had the interesting side effect of making 24 Jaguars take off lining up from both sides of the runway. All in order with no conflicts! Looked good but still no flypasts! Leaving it now for another day!

Re the time. As you know, there are 2 clocks that appear side by side.

I changed the left hand one and the summary confirmed the time as 9am. And remember it certainly did work that one time.

Always prefer the flight models in FS9 and FSX to combat flight simulators. It would be great if (just for fun) there was a mod which put machine guns in the wings of your Cessna so you could go around shooting down unsuspecting AI.
