"P:\SCENERY\Africa\scenery" That directory name is 25 characters.
"P:\SCENERY\Africa\scenery\FCOI_ADEP4_PB.bgl" That .bgl's name has 43 characters.

Shockwave lighting effects are "incorporated" in P3Dv4 and up. They are controlled in the dynamic lighting section of your settings (in game).

Robert, do you have AIFP in multiple locations on your computer?

Your AIFP.ini doesn't indicate your P3DV5 and P3DV6 .exe locations. But your screenshot shows AIFP only working with P3DV5 & 6, as those are your options.
