When AIFP fails to do the job, I use this converter by Lamont Clark, always solves / cleans up any problems that get left behind... Also extremely easy to use and has saved my bacon more than once:

The one in my pic will be published / shared in time (P3d only)... Once Dan paints it for us... It is a simple mod of the RATS MD90 variant... So should work well for AI...

If you search the file library you will find several FS9 repaint and flight plan packages for the these aircraft.. Unfortunately, the original authors of the repaints and FPs requested that they not be included in the conversion package... But that being said you can convert the textures from .bmp ...
