The Peoples Mosquito
Over the past few days there's been some activity on twitter regarding getting a DH Mosquito back into flying condition in the UK. It sounds like the people running this that they are serious about this. It's in its very early stages at the mooment but i hope this accelerates rapidly (no pun intended). Very basic website here http://www.wix.com/varcs4/peoplesmosquito I really want this to work as this is part of Britains flying heritage that's been sadly missing on the scene for a good few years now. On twitter its @PeoplesMosquito Spread the word.

Re: The Peoples Mosquito
I would love to see a flying Mosquito once again, it's probably my favorite British built WWII fighter! The wooden wonder!

I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Re: The Peoples Mosquito
Mossie hold a 'first' and two records -
Was the FIRST twin engined plane to land on a carrier.
Holds record for the highest ever night time photograph.
A B.IX Mossie, LR503 - F for Freddie completed the most combat missions (213) of ANY aircraft in WW2. (Sadly lost in Calgary during VE day celebrations May 10 1945.)
