Greetings,
I am looking for a paint kit for the NBAI F-4E Phantom II.
In the 1970's, I was stationed at Hahn Air Base Germany and was a aircraft weapons mechanic on the F-4E. I am trying to repaint as many of the HR Phantoms that I can find info on (so far, I have about 30). The hardest part has been trying to determine which squadron they are from as many of the pics are b&w (the vertical stabilizer cap being red, white or blue).
Any help on locating the NBAI F-4E Phantom II paint kit would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred J. Bray

Thanks for the info on the NBAI RF-4E paint kit (which I already have). The section of the fuselage forward of the cockpit of the RF-4E is narrower than that of the standard E model.
Thanks,
Fred
Thanks,
Fred

I am also looking for Nick Black's F-4E Phantom paintkit. Is the F-4G model and paintkit available also, or was it not made?
Thanks
Thanks

Fred,
I am not meaning to be rude but for the F4E don't make the paint so wide but make it a little longer. Most of us adapt the paintkit from any supplied or make our own from an original texture. If you put some reference marks on a couple of paints when you start out you will soon see how long, or wide, you need to do the paint coverage.
To my knowledge there wasn't a G released but a certain Mr Pearson seems to be adding to Nick's model in various ways so I for one have my fingers crossed.

Sorry! I misread the post. There are various models in the JASDF (F-4EJ) and HAF (F-4E) packages. Those of the IDF are here:

The Iranians are here
