As much as I appreciate the efforts of people making such video's, I must say that I felt more motivated in going to a dentist appointment.
When making a tutorial video with narration, it helps to have a written script to work too so you don't leave anything out.
It also helps to keep your narration up beat and interesting for people to engage. Your message needs to be clear and concise and I found it a bit distracting and long winded in parts. I'd really like to see him do again as I feel he would do a much better job the second time, now that he has that first audition out of the way.
I'd also like to see his video tutorial respect the MAIW readme instructions, ignoring them could cause more issues down the track.
cheer's,

I know this may be a necropost, but the video link is unavailable. Has anyone else made a tutorial? I'd make one myself once I figure out how to convert these MAIW files.

Same here. I'm new to this website but unfortunately everything appears to be geared toward FS9 and I have yet to find any info on how these files relate to FSX.

We can't help you with the video tutorial since we didn't make it.
However, here's a dev blog explaining the package conversion process from FS9 to FSX: link.
