Found a nice reference article on Naval Aircraft Markings at http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq2-1.htm talks of the prop colors for Naval Aircraft with dates.

I found the tail-hook version but cannot compile it due to animation errors. I hope to be able to look into this. I might try to compile it without the tail-hook animated.

Ray, the skins look great!

Hope to have you a tailhook version someday soon. Had one at one time with a working tailhook but cannot get it to compile right now. :? I have forgotten a lot of techniques (d&#$ meds  ) but have most things saved.

I would love to have that flying around my flight sim. I feel in love with this plane before I went into the Navy in 1981. Used to draw the plane everywhere, just something about it. Was sad that I never got to work on it, but then, I ended up working on the engines of the F-14 Tomcat, so not quite a bad trade-off ;)

Hey guys, Ive done an update with a tailhook model and upgraded pilots. Just have to work out the canopy animation. Don't have the tailhook animated yet but may do that soon.

Ray, I'll wait until all is ready to send you the update.

I'm sending you the A-1 today. :)
