Team FS KBT EA-18 Growler V2

Post by knarfy »

I have not posted a tech question prior to this one (I think) so if this is in the wrong forum my apologies.

I love flying team FS KBT's EA-18 Growler V2 of that plane. But I am a little confused in the readme file. It says I need the original as well as the second version, something about a lighting issue. So I downloaded it and nothing seemed to change in the flying of it.

What I do have a problem with is textures, I have several textures for the plane, 6 in all loaded to the folder, I think I have the aircraft.cfg set up right but when I load the plane to FS9 only two of the textures work. The Vikings and Star Warriors textures work fine, however none of the others do. I have included/attached a copy of my aircraft.cfg if that will help. With or without version 1 of the EA-18G this issue still occurs. Not sure what to do.

On a side note, Team FS KBT's F-18's, both versions I have are also awesome, but I dont have the texture issue with them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

Make sure the name of your texture folders exactly matches the 'texture=' reference in the each section.

For example texture named: texture.gfvbf

the reference must be: texture=gfvbf

As far as I know there is no distinction between upper case and lower case letters.

You may want to try my AI aircraft editor.
