Awesome! spent a total of 5 years at Keflavik, best assignment ever!

I visited Reykjavik once in 1983 I think it was (HMS Berwick). It was a very strange feeling coming
out of the Nightclub at 3am to bright sunshine. The locals were very friendly and most tolerant of
a bunch of Matelots getting as drunk as possible in the shortest possible time. Happy days
