Looking for India Air Force VIP flightplans

On this site http://www.flyingcarpet75.com/ there is the whole fleet of India Air Force VIP 737-200's and 737-700's (on the FAIB model). Does anyone have or know where I can find plans for these paints? I thought I remember seeing plans for some of them (maybe all of them?), but I can't remember where.

These plans were done by Dan Foster who started but never completed his Indian AF Delhi package.
