Gents,
Greg who has been running most of MAIW for a few years now has to now hand over the reins of the organisation to others.

So the best idea here is to break down the running of the org into various pieces. This is to prevent the sort of burn out that Greg and Martin have suffered in the last year.
We have a number of people that are interested in taking over the roles so far there is one that empty and so it is being put out everybody to see if somebody is interested.

It doesn't have an official title but I have dubbed it 'Finance Controller'. It is a small but very important role.
The premise is that that person is responsible for keeping track of donations coming in and using them to pay for website services every year.
Once the role is taken over completely it should be a low activity function.

I should stress that your role is not to have to pay for the website services yourself. Just channel donations to it using a Paypal account.

We are in the process of relieving Greg of his burdens. This is the first step. Simply put, we need to ensure that the website is hosted or we close down.

So is there anybody that is interested in helping out. Please respond as soon as you can.
