Hi,
Since the Chilean fighters AI package is ready and exams still don't star at the University, i started a new smaller project, this time and AFCAD from scratch for the only Chilean Army Air Base
The AFCAD is very simple right now, butt before I continued I was wondering if there was a freeware programe that allowed me to place objects on the scenery. That way I could add the hangars and houses on the base

Try SBuilder. I know that SBuilderX (for FSX) allows you to place buildings.

There's also the RWY12 placer program and object sets.

Both can be found on the usual sites.
