Thanks to all the veterans.
My grandpa Myers who was in Paris in WW1.
My dad who was in Paris in WW2.
Kenny, who flew B17's over Germany.
Ray who was a tail gunner in a B24 in Europe.
Uncle John in a ship off the coast of Viet Nam.
Uncle Harley who flew Thuds over the HCM trail.
JB, Rick, Lew and Richard who fought in the jungles so I didn't have to.
Ross who jumped into Iraq in the dark of night.
Mal, a SEAL who always took time to contact me when he was in places he couldn't tell me about.
And my best friend Danny, who spent 14 years in the Navy and always sent me the most outrageous post cards.
These are the heroes that I know.
To the ones I don't.
THANK YOU.
Happy Veterans Day.
