Reading the forums on military aircraft spotting in Germany on the Scramble NL web site, & noticed that there is a lot of C-17/C-5 & KC135`s
going through Ramstein/Spangdahlem most days. Any ideas on where they go, as I would like to fit these plans into my AI traffic on FS9.

I guess they use Bagram Air Base.
From a trip report I have found:
...we caught a c-something from Ramstein Airbase nonstop to Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan...

...we flew from BWI to Rammstein, Germany and after a 90 layover to refuel and change aircrew we continued on to Insurlik, Turkey where we had another 90 layover and on to Manas, Krygyzstan.

Although I guess he was talking about Incirlik AB, Turkey.
From a German article (30.01.2008) I also read that there are (or were) two C-17's assigned to Ramstein temporary (four-month rotation) to handle the long distance flights. The first one came from Charlston and the second one from McGuire. As this was a protest article (from a guy living close to the Air Base I do not know if this is correct by 100%).
They also flew to Tblissi, Georgia:
