Speed and Angels: MUST SEE

Post by reconmercs »

Hey guys, if you haven't already seen this excellent documentary, Hulu.com is currently airing it for free:

http://www.hulu.com/watch/49206/speed-and-angels

its the true story about two Navy pilots pursuing their dream to fly the F-14, definately very inspiring especially what Jay "Faceshot" had to go through.

Yes it is. I picked up the DVD a couple of weeks ago and watched it 1/2 dozen time or so. Also
bought IMAX's Fighter Pilot Operation Red Flag :D

Where have you guys been? Picked both up over a year ago. The Speed and Angels is outstanding, and as they stated the last good filming featuring the Turkey. The IMAX Red Flag movie is good, just seems to be geared toward a more non-military audience.

Hm.. unfortunatly the hulu.com movies can't be watched from outside the US and it looks like there's only a Region 1/NTSC dvd available. Bummer!

Yes both these films are outstanding, but especially Speed and Angels!!

Really love those air to air shots with the F5's and F14's......

And than that story of the pilot that was rejected time and time and again..... perseverance that's called!

Must see films! 8)
